Required Skills:- 2–3 years of payroll or related accounting experience, preferably in a professional services or law firm setting
- Working knowledge of payroll systems (ADP preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools
- High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with a typing speed of 50 WPM
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Experience supporting payroll reporting, audits, and year-end processes
- Familiarity with wage and hour regulations
- Additional experience with accounting or payroll software beyond ADP
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated capability to manage confidential payroll data efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
