Duties: 
  • Review and report on all permitting deliverables across markets weekly, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Validate database reports for accuracy, address QC issues, and correct any discrepancies.
  • Create, update, and maintain training documents for the permitting team while assisting with training new Specialist II candidates.
  • Attend planning meetings to ensure all permitting activities stay on schedule and communicate schedule changes or urgent requests to the team.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing support and answers to questions from Drafting and Permitting teams, and liaise with Directors, VPs, and upper management as needed.
  • Monitor market volume to assess the need for market reassignment, engage in invoicing processes, contribute to database improvements, and establish dashboards for team efficiency.
Requirements: 
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience required
  • Previous experience in telecommunication or utility permitting is advantageous.
  • Prior experience with aerial permitting is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of utility or jurisdictional permitting processes required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree or higher preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle are necessary.
Salary: $47,000 - $61,000
