Required Skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

- Ability to source, recommend, and close consumer lending products (home equity, auto, and personal loans) through networking and cross-selling
- Ability to manage competing priorities while meeting performance metrics
- Operational accuracy with transactions, documentation, and compliance standards
- Cash handling skills, including cash drawer management
- Good computer skills
- Outgoing personality
Nice to Have Skills
- Prior experience proactively building a loan pipeline through community networking and referrals
- Comfort cross-selling financial products based on customer needs
- Experience working in a metric-driven banking or financial services environment
Preferred Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–2+ years of banking experience or experience in the financial sector
Salary
- $20–$25 per hour
