Press Brake Operator Helper Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Press Brake Operator with  heavy lifting and holding/positioning 11-gauge steel parts  during forming operations
• Restack and organize parts  as they come off the press brake
• Move heavy pallets  of pre-bent and finished (bent) parts to designated staging areas across the shop
• Clean and deburr parts  to ensure quality and safe handling
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Press Brake Operator Helper Qualifications / Requirements:

• Ability to  lift, hold, and maneuver heavy steel parts  throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a  manufacturing/fabrication shop environment
• Strong attention to detail for  cleaning and deburring  work
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the  early morning schedule (5:00 AM start)
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
