Press Brake Operator Job:

Schedule - M-F - 5:30am-2pm or 1:30pm-10pm
Pay = $23-$32/hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Load tooling and set up, adjust, and operate press brake equipment for high-precision work
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
• Use computers/controls to load program files, make adjustments, and complete jobs
• Measure and inspect parts using precision tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers) to verify tolerances and identify defects
• Prepare and stage material for production and delivery
• Follow quality standards and organizational procedures to maintain consistent output
• Work collaboratively as a team player
• Follow all safety rules and help maintain a clean, organized work area
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications / Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
• Familiarity with industrial power equipment; forklift experience/knowledge preferred
• Basic math skills (high school level)
• Language and communication skills will be assessed during the interview process
• Must be able to pass drug screening and background check
