- Drive Twin Screw production efficiency through process design, development, and day-to-day production support.
- Partner with Quality and Tooling to resolve defects and mold-related issues.
- Lead and implement continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency gains and scrap reduction.
- Develop, design, and set up processes, systems, workstations, and automation equipment .
- Troubleshoot process and system issues; identify root cause and implement corrective actions.
- Train and support lead personnel, setup technicians, and supervisors on systems and standardized processes.
- Collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering to troubleshoot systems, support preventive maintenance efforts, and improve spare parts identification/organization.
- Create and maintain work instructions for injection molding processes and systems; deliver training as needed.
- Monitor and audit injection molding systems for process compliance and address any non-conformances.
- Provide production-floor leadership by assigning responsibilities and tracking performance for the team.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (or related field) and/or 5+ years of relevant experience
- 3–5 years of processing and automation experience (preferred)
- Strong SPC (Statistical Process Control) orientation
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and PC-based software tools
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of an organization
- Strong hands-on commitment and comfort working directly on the production floor
