Position Summary:
The Production Assembler is responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging automotive parts and components according to company specifications and quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assemble automotive parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.

Follow standardized work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints to ensure proper assembly.

Inspect parts for defects, damage, or nonconformities and report issues to the line lead or quality control.

Operate machines or assembly stations safely and efficiently.

Maintain production quotas and meet daily performance targets.

Perform basic material handling, including loading/unloading parts and organizing components at the workstation.

Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with 5S and safety standards.

Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity and product quality.

Follow all company policies regarding safety, attendance, and quality control.
Qualifications:
Required:-
High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).

Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment preferred (automotive industry experience a plus).

Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures.

Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35–50 lbs as needed.

Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills.

Experience with lean manufacturing principles or quality management systems.

Forklift or material-handling experience.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, tools, and automotive components.

May require overtime, shift work, or weekend hours depending on production demand.

Must adhere to all PPE and safety requirements.
