Production Associate Responsibilities:

• Cut or pull product from machines
• Stack product on or beside machines to keep work areas clear
• Review manufacturing orders (MOs) and verify the correct file name matches the machine display
• Complete minor adjustments (examples: tying on yarn, twinning, pressing off an error)
• Inform the operator if a machine is not running
• Communicate defects or other product issues to the operator
• Scan production into the system (M3)
• Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting other departments as needed

Production Associate Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Entry-level manufacturing/production experience (less than 1 year) is acceptable
• Basic math skills; able to use a calculator
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and production/knitting tools is a plus

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Requires standing/walking for long periods; frequent reaching, bending, kneeling, and repetitive motion
• Must be able to read/write basic work instructions and communicate clearly with others
• Manufacturing environment with noise, moving objects, and equipment; fast-paced at times
