The Production Worker plays a key role in daily manufacturing operations, supporting the production, assembly, and packaging of products in a fast-paced environment. Team members are responsible for following production instructions, meeting quality standards, and maintaining a safe, clean workspace to keep operations running efficiently.
• Operate machinery, tools, or equipment according to production instructions and safety guidelines.
• Assemble, sort, label, or package products accurately and efficiently to meet production goals.
• Inspect finished goods and materials for quality and report any nonconformances or defects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company and OSHA standards.
• Follow all safety policies, standard operating procedures, and quality control practices.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
• Display reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude toward teamwork and productivity.
• Perform duties across multiple departments as needed — including production line, pick/pack, shipping and receiving, or sanitation.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks and other duties as assigned.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for 8+ hours per day.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-minded.
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen.
• Previous production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions effectively.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in production, assembly, shipping/receiving, or sanitation environments is a plus but not required.
• Fast-paced production or warehouse setting.
• Exposure to moderate noise, moving machinery, and variable temperatures.
• Standing, walking, lifting, and bending required for most of the shift.
• Must follow all company safety and PPE requirements.
• Full-Time, Monday–Friday (8-hour shifts)
• Some weekend or overtime work may be required based on production demand
