Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and organize incoming data from multiple systems and reports to create clear, usable insights for program improvement
  • Support tracking of training, exercises, and partner engagement activities to assist with reporting and evaluation efforts
  • Assist with updating systems, managing user data, and maintaining accurate records across multiple platforms
  • Collaborate with team members to compile reports and support ongoing projects by identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, operations, data entry, or program coordination roles
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (basic formulas, data organization) and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently, managing tasks remotely, and learning new systems and processes
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000
