- Conduct structured survey calls with new mothers, following approved scripts with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Enter and update data in specialized systems with accuracy, ensuring confidentiality and quality standards.
- Assist with preparing and tracking mailers, packets, and survey-related documentation.
- Provide general project support, including follow-up calls, scheduling, and database queries.
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, research support, or related roles.
- Must be comfortable be on the phone as you are collecting data.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to discuss sensitive topics with empathy.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and accurate data entry.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently on a part-time, onsite schedule (18–19 hours/week, evenings/weekends included)
