Responsibilities
- Support the full project lifecycle including job setup, cost tracking, billing (AIA), and project closeout
- Manage invoicing and ensure AP/AR processes stay on track across multiple projects
- Partner with Project Managers to track job costs, review reports, and ensure financial accuracy
- Coordinate project documentation including change orders, contracts, compliance, and client requirements
- Serve as a key point of contact between project teams, accounting, and clients to keep projects moving efficiently
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in construction industry preferred
- Understanding of accounting, job costing, and project lifecycle processes
- Experience with AIA billing, invoicing, or financial tracking within projects preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Proficiency with tools such as MS Excel, Procore, CMIC/Sage, or similar construction software
