You'll conduct phone interviews using scripted questions to gather data on the health behaviors and lifestyle choices of Kansans. This is a part-time, onsite position in Topeka, KS, ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a desire to support public health.

Duties

• Conduct telephone interviews using pre-written health-related scripts and enter responses into a computer

• Ask survey questions in a professional, unbiased, and consistent manner

• Maintain accurate call records and meet minimum weekly hour requirements (15+ hrs)

• Provide a calm, courteous, and neutral experience for survey participants

• Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, clear phone voice

• Ability to follow a script and remain neutral and professional

• Comfortable using a computer and working in a structured office environment

• Reliable attendance and willingness to work at least 5 weekend hours
