We’re hiring a QA Engineer who’s strongest in backend and API testing, with the curiosity to dig into data pipelines and processing workflows. If you like partnering with engineering and product teams to ship reliable releases in a data-sensitive environment, this role will feel right at home.
Duties:- Create and execute test plans/cases for new features, integrations, and bug fixes (with an emphasis on backend/API coverage).
- Build and maintain automated tests and help integrate them into CI/CD pipelines to catch issues early.
- Validate data accuracy and integrity using SQL and thoughtful test scenarios across data-processing workflows.
- Document defects with clear reproduction steps, partner with developers on root cause, and verify fixes through release.
- 2+ years of professional experience in Software QA / Test Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (ex: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
- Strong experience testing REST APIs (ex: Postman or equivalent) and understanding integration/regression testing.
- Working knowledge of SQL for validating results and troubleshooting data-related issues.
