Required Skills:- Strong attention to detail with excellent visual and measurement skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Proficiency with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Experience with dimensional verification, leak testing, pressure integrity, and functional testing
- Good documentation skills and the ability to create clear inspection reports
- Familiarity with quality standards and systems (ISO preferred)
- Team-oriented communication skills
- Exposure to automated inspection tools
- Experience with root-cause analysis and corrective actions
- Knowledge of manufacturing or assembly processes
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training or an associate degree is a plus
- Hands-on manufacturing or assembly experience, especially in quality inspection or related roles
- Ability to work with precision measurement instruments
- Willingness to collaborate with production, engineering, and leadership teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
