Required Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent visual and measurement skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
  • Proficiency with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Experience with dimensional verification, leak testing, pressure integrity, and functional testing
  • Good documentation skills and the ability to create clear inspection reports
  • Familiarity with quality standards and systems (ISO preferred)
  • Team-oriented communication skills
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Exposure to automated inspection tools
  • Experience with root-cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Knowledge of manufacturing or assembly processes
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training or an associate degree is a plus
  • Hands-on manufacturing or assembly experience, especially in quality inspection or related roles
Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work with precision measurement instruments
  • Willingness to collaborate with production, engineering, and leadership teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Salary:  $29/hour
