Are you a seasoned quality professional with a passion for driving excellence in manufacturing? We're seeking a dynamic Quality Manager to lead, mentor, and elevate a dedicated quality team in a fast-paced industrial environment. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape quality strategies, ensure product integrity, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be instrumental in refining processes, leading root cause investigations, and championing continuous improvement initiatives that impact the bottom line.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a manufacturing-related field or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience within Tier 1 automotive manufacturing
  • 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in quality roles
  • Strong proficiency with AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, etc.)
  • Qualified for color and appearance testing, with experience with color testing equipment (e.g., Macbeth)

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Expertise in customer complaint resolution and supplier quality management
  • Experience with data-driven reporting systems and root cause analysis
  • Knowledge of safety procedures related to quality operations

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a manufacturing-related field and/or ASQ certification
  • Over 5 years of dedicated experience in automotive quality engineering

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to oversee supplier audits and site visits
  • Ability to escalate and communicate critical risks effectively
  • Commitment to maintaining compliance with internal, customer, and AIAG requirements

Salary Range:  $120,000–$130,000 plus bonus potential
