What You’ll Do (Sales-Focused Recruiting)
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for Skilled Trades roles (Welders, Machinists, Maintenance Techs, Fabricators, Assemblers, and more)
- Build and manage an active pipeline using job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and ATS/database sourcing
- Run phone screens and interviews—evaluate skill match, reliability, urgency to change, and pay expectations
- Present top candidates to clients quickly and confidently; influence decisions through strong communication and market insight
- Coordinate interviews, drive feedback, close offers, and ensure start-date readiness
- Maintain strong activity, documentation, and follow-up habits (you know: speed + consistency wins )
- Help grow accounts through service, relationship-building, and problem-solving
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years in staffing/recruiting (Skilled Trades or Light Industrial is a big plus)
- Comfortable in a metrics-driven, performance-rewarded environment
- Strong phone presence, influence, and closing mindset
- Organized, high urgency, and dependable follow-through
- Comfortable using ATS/CRM tools, job boards, and modern sourcing/AI tools
Nice to Have
- Skilled Trades recruiting experience (welding/machining/maintenance/fabrication/assembly)
- Offer negotiation + closing experience
- Account growth or client-facing staffing experience
