If you love building real customer partnerships  and  winning new business, this role is for you. As a Sales Account Manager, you’ll own a portfolio of accounts while also hunting for new opportunities—re-engaging past customers, expanding existing relationships, and serving as the go-to contact for everything account-related.

This is an  in-office  position (Monday–Friday) with  light travel  to visit customers and prospects (typically  5–6 trips per year). Your mission:  increase revenue, exceed sales goals, and deliver a customer experience that keeps clients coming back.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Grow revenue through new business development —prospect, re-engage past customers, and uncover expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Own the customer relationship  for assigned accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
  • Partner cross-functionally  with internal teams to coordinate projects, support customer needs, and keep commitments on track.
  • Manage the pipeline with discipline  by tracking activity in CRM, maintaining forecasts, sharing market/competitor insights, and participating in sales meetings, trainings, and trade events as needed

What You Bring (Experience)

  • Proven success as an Account Manager / Sales Account Manager (or similar)  preferably within the  truck, sanitation, environmental equipment, or closely related industrial equipment  space.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills  with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Confidence managing multiple accounts at once , staying organized, responsive, and detail-oriented in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfort with CRM tools and Microsoft Office , using data to track activity, report pipeline, and communicate effectively.
Salary: $75,000-85,000/Year + Bonus
