Duties:

• Prepare, post, and review journal entries, ensuring accuracy throughout the monthly and year-end close processes.

• Reconcile complex balance sheet accounts and bank statements while validating large financial data sets.

• Partner with payroll for bi-weekly processing, multi-state wage allocation, and compliance reporting.

• Supervise accounting support staff and oversee accounts payable functions to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas) and full-cycle accounting processes.

• Solid understanding of US GAAP with proven skills in month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and confident handling large datasets with accuracy and efficiency.
