Key Responsibilities

• Lead and document business analysis for data and system-related projects, managing tasks, requirements, and process flows.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project goals, set meeting agendas, and facilitate discussions to achieve consensus and measurable outcomes.

• Review and rationalize existing static reporting, define required data elements, and drive conversion of reports into consolidated warehouse datasets.

• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation, and documentation of new requirements for ongoing system improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst working on data-driven or system-focused projects.

• Proficiency in requirements documentation, process mapping, and data structure analysis with the ability to validate and interpret data outputs.

• Strong ability to quickly learn new business and technical environments, think critically, and drive groups toward solutions.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable requirements.
