We are seeking a client-facing Senior Project Manager to work closely with business development, preconstruction, and operations teams throughout the lifecycle of construction projects. This individual will serve as a key liaison between the client and internal leadership from contract award through project close-out. Duties & Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during construction and maintain strong communication with leadership, superintendents, design partners, and project stakeholders.
- Help drive successful project execution by coordinating budgets, schedules, buy-out activities, subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and preconstruction planning.
- Track project costs, schedule impacts, and scope changes, helping identify solutions that support financial performance and client satisfaction.
- Lead meetings, reporting, close-out activities, and coordination with accounting on invoicing, receivables, payables, and monthly financial review.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- 5-10 years of experience in construction, engineering, heavy civil, project management, or estimating.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and accounting/project management software such as Vista by Viewpoint; Critical Path Method (CPM) experience preferred.
- Strong work ethic, sound judgment, and commitment to safety, compliance, and quality, along with a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
