Senior Data Analyst: FP&A

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support Finance and Operations by transforming complex data into actionable insights. This role partners cross-functionally to deliver financial analysis, build dashboards, and develop scalable data solutions that drive decision-making and improve business performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious, and experienced in BI tools, SQL, and modern data platforms, with a passion for enhancing reporting, forecasting, and overall efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance or related fields
Experience in data analysis, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), and SQL
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel skills; Python or similar tools a plus

Duties:

Analyze and translate complex data into actionable business and financial insights
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and financial models
Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
Optimize data processes, SQL queries, and reporting efficiency

Salary: $95,000 - $105,000
