You’ll play a critical role in bridging the gap between leadership and the technician team while helping scale operations to support a rapidly growing customer base.

Duties:
  • Act as the primary support partner to the Data Center Operations Manager, helping oversee daily operations and step into leadership responsibilities as needed
  • Lead and support customer implementations, including rack & stack, cabling, cross-connects, and provisioning activities
  • Provide high-quality customer support by managing service requests, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution
  • Mentor and guide junior technicians, helping elevate team performance while maintaining operational excellence across the facility
Requirments:
  • 5+ years of experience in data center operations, telecommunications, or colocation environments, with deep knowledge of carrier networks, transport technologies, and critical facility infrastructure
  • Hands-on expertise with fiber optics (installation, termination, testing), DC power systems, and core networking technologies such as DWDM, Ethernet, IP, and SONET
  • Strong understanding of critical infrastructure systems, including electrical distribution (UPS, generators, switchgear) and HVAC systems within a data center environment
  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of managing priorities independently, supporting customers directly, and contributing to high-performing technical teams
Salary: $58,000-$62,000
