Senior Director, Finance Systems

Lead the strategy, optimization, and governance of a modern finance technology ecosystem. In this high-impact leadership role, you'll oversee Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and other core financial applications, driving continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable solutions that enable the business to operate efficiently and confidently.

Requirements:

10+ years leading ERP finance systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
Proven experience managing enterprise technology programs and governance.
Strong knowledge of financial processes, internal controls, and system integrations.
Experience leading teams and managing third-party implementation partners.

Duties:

Own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of the organization's finance applications.
Lead ERP enhancements, integrations, and process improvements across Finance and IT.
Develop and mentor a high-performing finance systems team while driving user adoption.
Ensure financial systems are secure, reliable, compliant, and positioned for future growth.

Salary: $160,000 - $170,000
