Qualifications:
- Extensive labor relations expertise with hands-on collective bargaining and negotiation experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Labor Relations, Business, or related field with 7+ years of progressive HR leadership
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, union environments, and contract administration
- SPHR (or similar) preferred, with supervisory experience and a track record of delivering employee training
- Advise leadership on labor laws, employee relations, and union matters while managing investigations and discipline
- Partner with plant leadership to coach, develop teams, and strengthen overall leadership effectiveness
- Support hiring, onboarding, and HR programs while ensuring accurate records and legal compliance
- Drive a positive workplace culture through training, employee support, and labor–management collaboration
