Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field and/or 10+ years of experience in Injection Molding

  • Deep understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and a strong command of standard business software tools.

  • Exceptional communicator and highly organized, with a proven ability to collaborate across departments and leadership levels.

  • Background in plastics a must
  • Chemical manufacturing preferred, bringing added insight into material behavior and processing.

Duties:
  • Spearheaded the design and optimization of injection molding processes and automated workstations to maximize production efficiency and quality output.

  • Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams—including Quality, Tooling, and Maintenance—to diagnose and resolve mold performance issues and raw material inconsistencies.

  • Led technical training for operators and supervisors, equipping teams with practical knowledge on mold setup, hot runner balancing, and troubleshooting techniques.

  • Authored clear, detailed process documentation and work instructions, while conducting audits to ensure consistent adherence to established molding standards.

  • Supported continuous improvement initiatives by driving root-cause analysis, implementing preventive maintenance strategies, and enhancing spare parts management systems.

Salary: $90,000- $110,000
