Requirements:  

  • 5+ years of mechanical design experience, ideally in complex, high-reliability systems.
  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering required; Master’s preferred.
  • Skilled in 3D CAD tools (Creo, SolidWorks, Inventor), ANSYS, IcePak, and MS Office.

  • Familiar with military standards and experience in defense-grade, ruggedized designs.

  • Innovative in harsh-environment packaging, addressing noise, vibration, and corona effects.

  • Knowledge of cooling techniques and fabrication methods including machining, welding, and potting.
Duties: 
  • ??????????????Design power enclosures with optimized layout, materials, and shielding for harsh environments.
  • Perform thermal and structural analysis to ensure durability and performance.

  • Lead reviews and presentations for internal teams and customers.

  • Enhance designs across the product lifecycle for performance and manufacturability.

  • Support production and sourcing to reduce cost and improve lead times.

  • Manage changes and quality issues through MRB, CCB, and ECO processes.
Salary: $110,000 - $150,000
