Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience managing multi-state payroll tax reporting, reconciliations, and compliance.

5–7 years of hands-on payroll processing experience, including off-cycle and shareholder payrolls.

Proven experience in sick leave and PTO plan setup and administration, with knowledge of applicable state and local leave laws.
Proficiency in UKG/UltiPro payroll systems (preferred), along with strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills; experience with iManage Records Manager a plus.
Duties:
- Manage multi-state payroll tax reporting, reconciliations, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Serve as the primary contact for tax agencies and audits, providing expert tax guidance to Payroll, HR, and employees.

Administer and update PTO and sick leave plans, ensuring compliance with varying state leave laws.

Support payroll processing operations, including off-cycle, bonus, and shareholder payrolls.

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to maintain accurate tax setups and resolve payroll tax issues promptly.
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
