    What You'll Bring to the Table:
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, motivate, and manage layered sales organizations
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
    • Exceptional strategic thinking to craft and execute a robust growth roadmap
    • Expertise in managing enterprise accounts and spearheading new business initiatives
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly across teams and influence decision-makers
    • Proficiency in CRM systems, KPI tracking, and sales forecasting to ensure data-driven success
    Nice to Have Skills:
    • Experience in high-volume, operationally intensive industries
    • Background in marketing collaboration and customer success initiatives
    • Multi-industry knowledge that broadens strategic outreach
    Preferred Education and Experience:
    • 7–10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field
    • Demonstrated success in leading high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth within dynamic markets
    Other Requirements:
    • Ability to travel as needed to meet client and team needs
    • Strong negotiation skills and professionalism in client interactions
