Senior Software Engineer

Join a collaborative engineering team where you’ll play a key role in building and improving complex software applications, including mobile solutions. This is a hands-on senior-level opportunity for an engineer who enjoys solving challenging problems, influencing technical direction, and helping other developers grow. You’ll have a voice in architecture, development, testing, and continuous improvement while working closely with product and technical teams.

Duties:

Design, develop, and enhance complex software and mobile applications.
Lead technical design, coding, debugging, testing, and deployment efforts.
Partner with product, UX/UI, and engineering teams to turn business needs into scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot complex issues and improve application performance, quality, and security.
Mentor developers and help establish strong coding and development practices.

Requirements:

6+ years of professional software development experience with Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar.
Hands-on mobile development experience with .NET MAUI, Blazor, Xamarin, Flutter, Kotlin, or similar.
Strong SQL and relational database experience, including performance optimization.
Solid understanding of software architecture, design principles, testing, and the SDLC.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Salary: $135,00 - $150,00
