Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with flexibility)
Salary: $125,000+ based on experience, plus sign-on bonus
- Lead and manage complex land surveying projects from proposal through completion, ensuring technical accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
- Serve as primary client liaison—overseeing scope, schedules, budgets, and crew coordination across multiple concurrent projects.
- Review and approve boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, right-of-way, and construction surveys; ensure all deliverables meet applicable standards and regulations.
- Mentor junior survey staff and field crews, providing technical guidance and quality oversight.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, planning, and construction teams to support integrated project success.
- Drive process improvements in field data collection, QA/QC procedures, and digital workflows (e.g., Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center).
Requirements
- Active Missouri Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive land surveying experience, including both field and office leadership roles.
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D , GPS, Robotic Total Stations, and digital field-to-finish workflows.
- Demonstrated success managing project teams and client relationships in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Strong command of technical documentation, legal descriptions, and regulatory compliance.
- Willingness to travel locally as needed; field and office work required.
