- Manage daily shipment schedules (export, domestic, intercompany) and coordinate carrier appointments
- Create scale tickets, verify/upload shipment documentation and export photos, and keep records audit-ready
- Maintain accurate inventory reporting and support discrepancy resolution
- Enter and update orders/receiving/shipping data in the system
- 5+ years of customer support, logistics, shipping/receiving, or related experience
- Strong data entry accuracy and confidence handling shipping documentation (BOLs/packing lists/receivers)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel); ERP/WMS experience preferred
- Comfortable working in an industrial yard environment and communicating face-to-face with loading/warehouse teams
