Pay: $23–$28/hr (based on experience)
Shipping & Receiving Technician Job Duties:
- Receive inbound deliveries accurately (physically and in the system)
- Pick, pull, and fulfill internal material requests in a timely manner
- Process outbound shipments efficiently and cost-effectively
- Support purchasing with supplier returns as needed
- Build crates as needed to ship finished units to customers (per required standards)
- Move product by loading, transporting, and staging materials as required
- Assign and adjust storage locations; update location/inventory records
- Prepare orders for shipment by verifying location, staging product, and resolving issues
- Help control inventory by coordinating product movement and maintaining accuracy
- Complete inventory counts and assist with physical inventories as needed
- Maintain forms, logs, reports, and system records
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts and complete other assigned duties
Shipping & Receiving Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of related shipping/receiving or warehouse experience
- Forklift experience preferred (1+ year is a plus)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Understanding of materials flow, warehouse processes, and order fulfillment
- Working knowledge of inventory management concepts

Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing/walking, reaching, climbing, kneeling, and squatting
