Key Responsibilities
- GPS Operation: Utilize Trimble equipment and software for data collection and analysis.
- Data Analysis: Interpret construction plans, perform calculations, and build models for machine control.
- Field Work: Assist construction crews in grading, excavation, and utility installation.
- Equipment Management: Troubleshoot GPS equipment, train staff, and maintain vendor relationships.
- Quality Assurance: Verify data accuracy, adhere to plans, and maintain organized records.
- Experience: Previous experience in topographic data collection, volume calculations, site stakeout, and construction layout.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating Trimble GPS equipment.
- Industry Background: Experience in heavy civil construction, road construction, or quarries.
- Other: Valid driver's license and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
