• Pay:   $25/hour
• Schedule:   Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
• Overtime:   Some mandatory OT required

Cable Cell Assembler Job Duties:

• Assemble small components and subassemblies by following work instructions, drawings, and/or visual aids.
• Perform cable/cell assembly tasks such as basic mechanical assembly, routing/organizing parts, and completing builds to spec.
• Use hand tools and small assembly equipment as needed.
• Inspect your work for quality (fit, finish, completeness) and report defects or issues quickly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation (5S mindset).
• Meet production goals while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Previous Experience Required:

• Prior experience in  small parts assembly  (manufacturing/production environment preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Comfortable working at a steady pace with quality standards.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work required overtime.
