Duties:

Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok

Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to build community

Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to boost reach and engagement

Collaborate with internal teams to gather content ideas and highlight company culture/events

Stay on top of trends and recommend creative ways to showcase our brand

Greet guests, clients, and staff with a warm, professional welcome

Answer and route phone calls, emails, and inquiries

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front office area

Manage office supplies, mail, and general administrative tasks

Support HR, marketing, or leadership teams with light admin work or event coordination

2+ years of experience in social media, customer service, or office administration (internships count!)

Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and basic office equipment

Strong organizational and time-management skills
Have a positive, enthusiastic personality and love working with people -
Are fluent in Instagram, LinkedIn, and maybe even Reels or TikTok
