We’re seeking a  Principal Solutions Architect  to design and deliver  AI-driven solutions  while modernizing and integrating a complex legacy environment in a regulated industry. This role blends hands-on architecture with strong communication—turning business needs into secure, scalable, production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery of AI use cases and translate business requirements into solution designs and delivery plans.
• Architect and deliver secure integrations across APIs, event-driven patterns, microservices, and legacy/core systems.
• Guide implementation of LLM-based solutions (e.g., OpenAI / Anthropic), including practical safeguards and governance considerations.
• Establish architecture standards and best practices; partner with stakeholders to drive execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive technology experience, including 5+ years in architecture or senior engineering roles.
• Full stack software engineer with strong .NET experience (C#, ASP.NET)
• Hands on developer who can build and ship production code, not just design it
• Experience building APIs and integrating systems using REST based patterns
• Comfortable working across the stack, including backend services, data, and front end work as needed
• Interested in AI enabled solutions and AI assisted development, with a healthy skepticism of AI output
• Able to validate AI results, spot gaps, and add safeguards so solutions are safe and reliable for the business
• Strong software design fundamentals, including maintainable architecture and solid design patterns
• Able to take an idea from early concept through pilot to a working beta that the team can expand
