Are you a passionate and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) seeking an rewarding opportunity to support K–12 students in a dynamic school environment? As an SLP, you will play a vital role in helping students improve their communication skills, achieve academic success, and foster confidence in themselves. This in-person SLP position in Colorado Springs, CO offers you the chance to use your expertise to make a real difference every day, working closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver personalized therapy services and evaluations.
Required Skills:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Indiana
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, therapy techniques, and IEP processes
- Ability to conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working with students in a school setting
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Prior experience working with K–12 students in an educational environment
Other Requirements:
- Current CPR certification
- TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray)
- Current health certificate as per state or contractual guidelines
- Willingness to work in Colorado Springs, CO starting August 10th
Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 annually
