Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School Setting (In-Person)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in a school-based setting. In this in-person role, you will be responsible for conducting evaluations, delivering therapy services, and documenting student progress in accordance with individualized plans of care.
This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students improve their communication skills and achieve academic success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct speech and language evaluations for students in grades K–12
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) based on student needs
  • Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable state, district, and professional standards
Minimum Qualifications
  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Indiana (required)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology ( CCC-SLP ) preferred (and may be required depending on assignment)
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools, therapy techniques, and IEP processes
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative school environment
  • Must comply with all relevant professional standards of practice
  • Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
Additional Requirements (if applicable)
  • Current CPR certification
  • TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray)
  • Current health certificate (per state or contract requirements)
