Are you a SQL expert who thrives in a collaborative environment and loves turning complex data challenges into clean, scalable solutions? We're looking for a SQL Server Developer to join a growing team working on core system migrations, Azure integrations, and data modernization projects.

Duties:

• SQL Development: Heavy focus on coding stored procedures, functions, and building/maintaining SSIS packages

• System Integration: Help migrate and convert legacy systems into a modern core platform, some already in Azure

• Documentation & Deconstruction: Collaborate with two other developers to analyze, document, and optimize existing systems

• Light API Work: Contribute to API coding when needed — SPNs and GitHub familiarity are a plus

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive, non-siloed team — this is not a heads-down, solo role

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of professional experience as a SQL developer

• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, SSMS, Visual Studio, and ETL tools like SSIS

• Experience with Azure or cloud migrations is a big plus

• Familiarity with system migrations, especially into centralized platforms

• Team-first mentality 

• Background in healthcare or insurance is a bonus but not required
