Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with 8+ years of mechanical design experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD, engineering drawings, mechanical design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with thermal management, structural analysis, tolerance analysis, and Design for Manufacturability (DFM).
• Background in power electronics, aerospace, defense, or other high-reliability products preferred. Must meet ITAR requirements.

Duties:

• Lead mechanical design and product development of power conversion products, including power supplies, transformers, and magnetic assemblies.
• Create 3D models, engineering drawings, and specifications; perform thermal, structural, and tolerance analyses.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and customers to support testing, troubleshooting, and production launch.
• Drive design optimization, cost reduction, product reliability, and continuous improvement while providing technical guidance to junior engineers.
