We are seeking a Sr. Workday Administrator to lead their HRIS/ERP technology transformation. This key role requires a Workday expert who can configure the system, develop reports and dashboards, and streamline processes- mostly focused in the Workday Financials side. As a leader and self-starter, you will collaborate across departments to automate tasks, adopt best practices, and eliminate redundancies. A deep understanding of Workday and strong project management skills are essential for success.
Duties:
• Workday Financials Experience:
requires deep experience specifically within the Financials modules (e.g., Accounting Center, Financial Reporting, Procurement, Expenses, and Projects).
• Process Improvement:
Collaborate with HR and leadership to improve HR and Finance processes through Workday functionalities.
• Reporting and Analytics:
Design, configure, and test reports to analyze data and ensure compliance.
• Change Management:
Track, authorize, and implement Workday modifications efficiently.
• User Enablement:
Develop training materials and promote self-service through Workday features.
• Bachelor's degree + 5+ years' experience: In HR, Business, or IT, with 5+ years specifically in Workday (post-implementation or administration). Specifically in the Workday Financial Modules.
• Workday Expertise: Deep understanding of Workday Financial Modules and architecture.
• Proven HRIS/ERP Background: 5-7 years of experience in HRIS/ERP information systems.
• Strong Skills: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Thrives in a Fast-Paced Environment: Adaptable and maintains confidentiality in a dynamic work setting.
Salary: $120,000-$140,000
