40 hours/week in office - Overland Park, KS Responsibilities

Participate in a structured, paid internship focused on building foundational knowledge of property and casualty insurance

Rotate through key business functions such as sales support, customer service, claims, and operations

Assist with real business projects including research, process analysis, and growth or retention initiatives

Analyze workflows and procedures and contribute recommendations for improvement

Prepare and deliver presentations to leadership on findings and project outcomes

Develop core professional skills including communication, time management, and presentation

Complete insurance fundamentals training and prepare for property and casualty licensing

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute meaningfully to day-to-day operations

Engage with senior leaders and mentors through regular touchpoints and feedback sessions

Recent bachelor’s degree graduate (May 2026 or December 2025) in business, finance, economics, marketing, risk management, or a related field

Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional presence

Above-average technical aptitude and comfort learning new systems and tools

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and attention to detail
