We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for commercial construction projects valued at $2M and above . We are a well-established commercial construction company committed to delivering high-quality, on-time, and on-budget projects. This is primarily a local role.
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage daily on-site operations for commercial construction projects

Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and timeliness

Develop and maintain subcontractor lists and vendor relationships

Oversee scheduling, inspections, and compliance with local codes and regulations

2 years experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction (not as a subcontractor)

Successful track record managing $2M+ commercial projects

Strong knowledge of construction methods, jobsite safety, and scheduling software

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Salary
: $100,000 - $120,000
