The Supply Chain Manager is a critical, enterprise-level role, driving efficiency and cost control across the organization.

This position requires a dual focus: leveraging a deep understanding of planning, purchasing, and contract negotiation alongside a strong grasp of cost accounting principles. The manager uses this expertise to build and maintain our supply chain, optimizing purchasing efficiency and achieving robust cost control.


Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for cost control and operational efficiency? We’re seeking a Supply Chain Manager to drive enterprise-level supply chain operations, optimize purchasing, and help our organization achieve financial and operational excellence.
This role blends strategic procurement, vendor management, and cost accounting to ensure smooth, cost-effective operations across the business. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence decision-making, and implement processes that make a measurable impact.
Key Functions:

  • Drive Cost Control & Reporting: Maintain accurate costing data, prepare reports, track variances, and support budgeting and forecasting.
  • Lead Strategic Procurement: Source and manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and develop strategies to optimize purchasing and operational efficiency.
  • Manage Inventory: Monitor stock levels, conduct reconciliations, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Champion Operational Excellence: Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and best practices to improve processes and guide team performance.
  • Collaborate & Influence: Work across teams to implement improvements, provide insights, and drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Experienced in cost accounting, purchasing, or supply chain management (3–5 years), ideally in manufacturing or logistics.
  • Confident in negotiation, vendor management, and contract execution.
  • Skilled at analyzing large data sets to inform decisions and optimize performance.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, able to influence teams and build relationships across the organization.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field; CPA, CMA, or CPIM certifications are a plus
Salary: $80 - $90k/year
