Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier Onboarding:
- Drive the onboarding process of suppliers to the EcoVadis platform.
- Proactively reach out to suppliers, address their inquiries, and overcome objections.
- Conduct light technical troubleshooting and provide guidance on platform usage.
- Maintain accurate records of supplier interactions, progress updates, and project timelines.
- Data Management:
- Perform data entry tasks related to supplier information, progress updates, and other relevant data.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within the ESG platform.
- Project Coordination:
- Regularly update team on project progress, challenges, and successes.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of onboarding processes.
- Administrative Support:
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and outgoing personality. We're looking for someone who is polished with outward-facing business contacts.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with making decisions and taking initiative.
- Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
- Basic technical proficiency and ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues.
- Strong Excel skills with familiarity of pivot tables, view lookups, pareto charts etc.
- Experience in supply chain, procurement, or buyer experience is a plus but not required.
