Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable SMT Machine Operator to join our electronics manufacturing team. The SMT Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining surface mount technology machines used in the assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs). This role involves loading components, monitoring production for quality and consistency, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring efficient operation in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate SMT machines (e.g., pick-and-place, reflow ovens, screen printers).

• Load components onto feeders and verify proper placement.

• Inspect solder paste application and component alignment.

• Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions or defects.

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of SMT equipment.

• Follow safety procedures and quality control standards.

• Document production data and machine performance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior experience operating SMT equipment preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
