We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Systems Engineer to join our remote team and help drive innovation across enterprise infrastructure technologies, including networking, Linux, Microsoft, and storage systems. Duties:

• Design and deliver systems to enhance product features, availability, scalability, and performance.
• Solve critical issues related to mission-critical services and automate responses to non-exceptional events.
• Participate in service capacity planning, demand forecasting, software performance analysis, and system tuning.
• Engage in periodic on-call duties and travel up to 10% to company HQ.

• 5+ years of systems engineering experience with Red Hat Linux, AIX, and Windows operating systems.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Chef, Puppet, and Ansible, and strong experience with databases like DB2, MSSQL, Oracle, SAP HANA, and MongoDB.
• Advanced knowledge of server virtualization technology (VMware, cloud infrastructure) and Linux/Unix scripting.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and system administration skills, with experience in backup and recovery solutions (e.g., Spectrum Protect, TSM, Networker, NetBackup, BackupExec, Commvault).
