Key Responsibilities:

Lead the gathering, documentation, and analysis of business and technical requirements, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with project goals

Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies using tools like JIRA and Zephyr Scale, with a focus on efficiency and reusability

Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT teams to translate needs into actionable, testable solutions

Configure and optimize JIRA workflows, dashboards, and automation rules to support better process management and reporting
Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Proficiency in JIRA, Zephyr Scale, and experience managing workflows, dashboards, and user configurations

Preferred experience in API testing, test automation frameworks, and modern testing best practices

Strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
