Responsibilities:
  • Deliver in-person and phone-based technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and AV systems
  • Set up and configure new workstations and assist with user onboarding
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and escalate as needed
  • Document support interactions and contribute to user resources and training materials
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or technical troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic hardware setup
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications a plus
Salary:  $50,000 - $55,000
