Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person and phone-based technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and AV systems
- Set up and configure new workstations and assist with user onboarding
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and escalate as needed
- Document support interactions and contribute to user resources and training materials
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or technical troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic hardware setup
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications a plus
